Ride Abu Dhabi
Ride Abu Dhabi provided event transport and airport transfers for the Abu Dhabi International Hunting and Equestrian Exhibition, ADIHEX 2026. Supporting travel at the venue was part of our wider transport work across two recent major events in Abu Dhabi.
ADIHEX 2026 at ADNEC Centre Abu Dhabi
ADIHEX 2026 took place from 28 August to 6 September 2026 at ADNEC Centre Abu Dhabi. The exhibition brought together hunting, equestrian and cultural heritage interests, including falconry, outdoor activities and arts and crafts.
A combined allocation of 20 vehicles across two Abu Dhabi events
Ride Abu Dhabi allocated a total of 20 vehicles at venue locations across ADIHEX 2026 and the Fifteenth United Nations Congress on Crime Prevention and Criminal Justice. This was a combined allocation across both events. Our work also included airport transport, connecting event travel with arrival and departure journeys.
Venue transport and airport transfers
For an exhibition visit, travel involves more than reaching the venue. Arrivals and departures need to fit around exhibition plans, personal appointments and flight times. Our ADIHEX transport work included vehicles allocated at the venue as well as airport transport. Having both services available helped us support the different parts of an event journey.
Choosing a vehicle for exhibition travel
Visitors arranging chauffeur service in Abu Dhabi can choose between sedans, SUVs and vehicles for larger groups. The right option depends on the number of passengers and the size of the luggage. Before requesting a vehicle, share your itinerary, collection point and any additional stops so the quotation reflects the journey you need.
Planning transport for your next Abu Dhabi event
For future exhibitions at ADNEC, contact Ride Abu Dhabi with your event dates, venue requirements and airport transfer needs. A single transfer, a chauffeur booking or transport for a group can each require a different arrangement. Our team confirms vehicle availability and the final quote before booking. For airport travel, include your flight details and preferred pick-up time. For venue transport, include your arrival and departure plans and any expected waiting time.
